Little Girl

Good Morning,

This is my last post as part of the design team for Cardabilities. Our sponsor this time is Robin's Fetish Digital Stamps . The name of the image is my spring garden.

The black and pink polka dot paper is printed from the Cricut cartridge. The black border around the girl has a pink gem to coordinate with the polka dot paper.

Stop over to cardabilities to check out the rest of the design team and you can upload your card to have a chance for this weeks prize offered from Robin's Fetish stamps.

Must wrap of this post as I seem to keep losing the image....don't know what key I'm hitting to make the image disappear. ugh!

Tried to upload some of my photos but couldn't get them uploaded either, ugh!

Have a great day.

Cardabilities Sketch #32

Morning Bloggers!

Sorry I've been MIA these days. I have been working on projects but just can't share them yet.

It was a long week-end here too. Memorial Day. Saw some great fireworks on Sunday night. Went to a movie last night. Pirates of the Carribean. Not my favorite. Neat concept at the movies though...in the theatre they have taken out every second row of seats and put in a table so you can eat and drink while you watch the movie. This includes all sorts of alcoholic beverages and complete meals.

It would have been good except they had the air conditioning on way to high. I froze through the 2 1/2 hour movie. Oh yah, and the guy behind us couldn't shut up.

It's the 30th so that means another Cardabilities Sketch.

I again rotated the sketch. I used Elegant Edges from the Cricut to cut my circles and scallops. Paisley cuttlebug folder for the background. Lori's Garden cartridge for the pattern paper and the butterfly. The flower was from my stash  and the sentiment from Just-Rite Stamps. Everything is layered and I added some pearls for added dimension.

Here's a side view so you can see the layers.

Sketch #32

Got a busy day or so I like to think. lol

Cardabilities Sketch #30

Good Morning Bloggers,

Time again for the Design Teams reveal on Cardabilities.

I used Lori's Garden Imagine cartridge to make the entire card. Green cardstock was all I used from my stash. Everything else print and cut on the Cricut.

Diamond stickles added to the butterfly and pearl beads.

Lots of layers on the card and pop dots used for dimension.

Be sure to check out the other designs at Cardabilities.

Be sure to create a card using the sketch and upload it to the new on-line gallery for a chance to win some great prizes.

Thanks for stopping by.

Cardabilities - Sketch #29

Good Morning...

Today the new design team for Cardabilities are revealing their posts and I'm excited to be part of this group. Twice monthly new sketches are posted and you can now upload your creations to a newly formed gallery to share. Not only is there a card gallery there is also one for scrapbook layouts.

Be sure to pop over to  the Cardabilities blog to see what the rest of the design team have done with the sketch. Also there is a great prize package to be won and all you have to do is upload a card using the sketch below and you'll be entered in the draw.

I used Heartfelt Creations stamp Daffy Daffodils. Colored with copic markers. The border is a Martha Stewart punch and I love how you can weave the ribbon in and out. Ribbon from Michaels. Saying from PSX.

I choose to rotate the sketch.

If you choose to play along with the sketch you have until April 29th to get your card uploaded to the gallery.

Tomorrow I'll have a box tutorial for you. Promise!
