Challenger #123 - Recipe Challenge

Hi There,

It's time for Sketches! {by tamara}. This week it is a recipe challenge. On your card or layout you need to use at least one of each of the following.
  1. Ribbon Bow
  2. Distressing & Inking
  3. Clear Acrylic Embellishment
The clear dew drop tear drops counted as my acrylic embellishment. I distressed the black strip of cardstock as well I used Tim Holtz alcohol inks on metal, then the textile folder to emboss followed by sanding off the top of the image to distress it. Lastly my image is stamped with versamark and embossed with black.

You can see here where I've made a card on a card.
Enjoyed reading all your comments yesterday referencing my trip abroad. Leaving Dallas I only made one wrong exit but it was no biggy. Of course I was leaving during rush hour 5:00 on a Friday.  Maybe I'll take some pictures of the cool paper I bought and post some of that tomorrow. Some wanted to know what else I bought. I confess I bought another Cricut Cartridge - Cindy Lou. It was really calling my name and then it said "Take Me Home." I did! Also purchased some new sanding tools for chipboard. Very cool and I've got a contact name to pass along to Deborah and she may try and get some into her on-line store.
Have you heard of Mud Puddles? This stuff is pretty cool too. I do know Deborah is also working on getting this in. It adds texture to cardstock or the chipboard books. Oh yeah, bought some 12 x 12 chipboard. I have a couple word books I'd like to make. Last purchase was a Vanilla Smooch spritzer.  I lied I got four sheets of 12 x12 felt embellishments. I couldn't leave that behind it was only $2.00 for all four.
That's all but there was lots more I could have bought.

Have a great Tuesday and get a little crafting in if you have time. Leave me a comment and tell me what you're working on these days. It doesn't even have to be crafty related.
